Furniture Deal desires you to be pleased with your possession. As soon as you obtain delivery of article, please have a good look once you open the package. If the goods you receive are faulty or damaged, please report it via:

Change or Cancellation of Order
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the goods at a charge of £35 for pick-up. Furniture Deal takes this as a breach of contract and is entitled to claim any charges incurred and any reasonable loss/profit from you. Please note that there is a minimum 30% cancellation fee if you wish to cancel the article purchased. Furniture ordered specially by colors / size, have no cancellation policies. (i.e. Leather/Upholstery 3 Piece Suites) Mattresses once opened and slept on, cannot be returned.

Delayed Orders
We will make every effort to make sure that your order reaches you at the time specified to you when you enter into a contract with us. If there is a delay in delivery from the suppliers side, we will keep you updated about the change in timescale. If you wish to cancel your order, you are entitled to receive full refund of any invoice/deposit paid.

Faulty/Damaged Goods
Since all the goods that we receive from suppliers come packaged, it is difficult for us to inspect each and every article for damages or faults. If you receive any article which is damaged/faulty, please inform us about it within 3 Days of the delivery at customerservice@furnituredeal.co.uk We are committed to providing excellent customer service. Furniture Deal will act within 2 working days from the receipt of your complaint and it will be dealt accordingly. Please note that all items must be returned in their original/similar packaging. Items which are inadequately packaged may not be collected and a charge of £35 may be levied to cover cost of fail collection. Complaints for faulty/damaged goods will be dealt within compliance to the: SALE OF GOODS ACT 1979.

Refunds
Refunds to customers will be done through the same mode which the customer uses to pay. For example:

1. If the customer pays though Credit / Debit Card, the refund will be credited on the same card.

2. If the customer has paid for an article by Postal Cheque / Pay Order, the money will be refunded back through the same mode in the customers name.

Refund will be issued within 20 days of receipt of goods after the goods are inspected for damage. Furniture Deal preserves the right to hold back all or part of your refund if items returned are damaged from your end.

Ex-Display Items
Where a defect has been brought to your attention prior to SALE, you will not then be entitled to claim a refund or compensation in relation to that particular fault.
