It is the interest of every customer to receive the delivery of the goods they order in quoted time. The time taken for any article to come in stock varies from Brand to Brand. Once the article is in stock, you will be updated you via written email, stating arrival of your articles in our warehouse. The delivery team then plans out routes for delivering your order.

 

It takes anything between 3-10 days to plan the route and generate a delivery date & time depending upon how far the order is supposed to be delivered. Once we have generated a delivery date and time for your delivery, we notify you via Email/Phone/Text Message, 48 hours before the article is shipped so that provisions are made for someone to be at the delivery address to receive the delivery.

 

In case you are not present to accept delivery, drivers then follow instructions left by you at the time of placing the order (e.g., leave in garage/neighbours, etc.).

 

In the absence of such instructions, our drivers will leave a note, informing customers that they had been to the place to deliver. The missed delivery is then completed next when we come to your area. This may incur a small delivery surcharge.

We strongly advise customers to avoid phone calls and make correspondence via written emails or using LIVE CHAT Service on the website. This would help you to direct your query straight to the relevant department and get them answered without any delays. Every department efficiently replies to emails sent to them, eliminating any sort of delay in providing you with a resolution for your query.

 

 

Delivery charges

Furniture deal is committed to offer all services at the lowest and realistic price. We do not want our customers to pay extraordinary delivery charges on their purchase. Hence we offer free delivery on all articles listed on this website provided your order is above a minimum of £100. Orders below £100 will incur a small delivery charge of £25.

 

Due to the remoteness of Postcodes such as IV, KW, ZE, HS, AB, PA and PH will have an additional delivery charge of £40 even if your order is above the minimum order price.

 

For customers located in Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Channel Island and Isle of Man, Furniture deal provides delivery service only to a mainland GB address i.e. a port. Shipping beyond that is the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

Expected Delivery Timescale

Once we receive an order we will email you the invoice of your transactions and also an email confirming delivery period. Delivery timings quoted on the website are estimated by our suppliers and after receiving goods in our warehouse, we may take 5 to 7 days to plan our routes for your delivery. If you have purchased multiple items from different brands, your delivery will be calculated to the item with maximum estimated delivery timescale and all articles will be delivered at one time. Delivery to Scotland, Northern Ireland Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Channel Island and Isle of Man may take 10 to 14 days extra from a normal delivery period quoted.

 

 

Delivery Days

Furniture Deal delivers articles from Monday - Friday, between 8.00am - 10.00pm (GMT). Some articles may be available for a Saturday delivery at an extra surcharge. Please email delivery@furnituredeal.co.uk with details of your selected article(s) and we will be able to inform you whether your item(s) can be dispatched for a Saturday delivery. We do not call before delivery, if you want to track your order on delivery day please feel free to call the delivery department on 01509219736.Our staff will be happy to assist you.

 

 

Next-Day Delivery

Furniture Deal offers FREE NEXT DAY DELIVERY service on selected beds & mattress. All the products that are available for a next day delivery will be delivered only till the door step of the customer. If the customer stays in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery will be done till the lobby as the logistics team that works for next day delivery are not insured to enter private premises. Please note that due to the nature of this service, we can only offer on orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT.

 

 

Special Delivery

Given below are just the expected delivery timescales of the brands we deal in. But dont let these dates dishearten you if you find them a little too longer than your expectations! We have incoming deliveries from all suppliers every week. We will try to squeeze your order in the most earliest incoming deliveries!

Nationwide Deliveries

Furniture Deal takes extra care for articles to be delivered to customer in the best of condition. Furniture logistic companies do not handle articles with care. We therefore use our private vehicles to deliver nation wide. Delivery is done to the customers doorstep.

 

 

Delivery Trucks

Our delivery vehicles are heavy goods vehicles. It is your responsibility to inform us about any restrictions on such vehicle accessing your property for delivery. If such information is not provided, it may result in a cancelled delivery and a delivery charge may be levied. Delivery will not be taken through un-adopted roads, tracks and paths in order to avoid damage to our vehicles. You need to provide us with alternate routes.

 

 

Track Your Order

Furniture Deal provides an online tracking system of your order which is very simple to use. If your order is not updated on the system you can click on the Live Chat facility and talk to an executive regarding your order status or any query you hold. You can also send us an email regarding your delivery at delivery@furnituredeal.co.uk

 

Please mention your Order No. and order details in your email. Furniture Deal will get back to you within 2 working days from the receipt of your email.

 

 

Other Information

Customers must take the responsibility to organize the removal and disposal of unwanted furniture on the delivery of new furniture. If requested by the customer, Furniture Deal and our contracted deliverers will assist the customer in taking the order into the premises. Furniture Deal / Contracted deliverers will not remove/dispose existing pieces of furniture to help make room for newly delivered products. Furniture Deal will not assemble any orders even if requested to do so. The assembly of orders is the responsibility of the customer. However if a customer wants a smaller article to be assembled before delivery, it can be done on a special request and a surcharge accordingly.
