How is your order processed?

We, at Furniture Deal strive hard to keep the entire order cycle very clear to our valued customers, informing them time to time about the status of their order. We have explained below the entire order process for our customers. The motive is to enlighten our customers about what goes on back-stage after we receive an order. It is very important for you to note that the entire process is executed on our automated systems with a dedicated and efficient team.

Step 1:

Our correspondence involves only emails, except in rarest of cases, when a vocal dialogue is required. This is to ensure that your complaints or general inquiries are recorded in black & white, and are not left unattended for long. We aim to reply all emails between 24-48 hours of receipt.

Once an order is received, our first step towards processing that order is sending an email acknowledgement to the customer who has placed the order. The email contains all the important order details such as:
- Order No.
- Order date
- Ordered article
- Delivery address
- Estimated delivery timescale

This email is a confirmation of everything the customer has been offered at the time of placing the order.We advise you to save this email for future refernce.

Step 2:

Within 24 hours of you transaction, your order is automatically processed and forwarded to respected department. In case, the article you ordered is out of stock, or, has been discontinued by the supplier, an email is sent out to you immediately informing you about the status of the order.

In case we once again require you to confirm details such as size,color or any other details, regarding your order, our team gets in touch with you to confirm those details, and process the order further.

Step 3:
Furniture Deal has set up a speacial Order chase up Team to ensure that the article you have orderd arrives within quoted timescale without any delays. Our team chases up the order after regular time intervals to get first-hand information regarding the status of your order from their respected suppliers. This information is then updated on our system.

If you would like to track your order status, please speak to our customer service executives on the LIVE CHAT, a dedicated service on our website just to make things easier for our valued customers.

Please note that LIVE CHAT service is only available between 10 AM to 4 PM - Monday To Friday.

Step 4:

The above process enables us to receive the orders within delivery due dates. Once the article is in stock, you will be updated via written email stating arrival of your articles in our warhouse. The delivery team then plans out routes for delivering your order.

It takes anything between 3-10 days to plan the route and generate a delivery date & time depending upon how far the order is supposed to be delivered.
Once we have generated a delivery date and time for your delivery, we give a 48 hours delivery notice via Email/Phone/Text Message, before the article is shipped, so that provisions are made for someone to be at the delivery address to receive the delivery.

Incase you are not present to accept delivery, our drivers then follow instructions left by you at time of order (e.g., leave in garage/neighbours, etc.).

In the absence of such instructions, our drivers will leave a note, informing customer that they had been to their place to deliver. The missed delivery is then completed when we come to your area next time. This may incur a small delivery surcharge.
