Flowers can bring summer freshness into any room. Select your favorite glass vase or beautifully decorated ceramic vase and keep it full of local beautiful flowers from your garden or the farmers market.

You can also apply one coat of paint on the walls. Nothing brightness up a room like white. Lemon yellow apple green or sky blue are also preferred colors.
